We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, AP).

2. What personal data do we process?

Through the contact form on this website, we collect the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Treatment interest (e.g. Botox, Fillers, Profhilo)
  • Message / additional details

Treatment interest data may contain information relating to your health. We handle this information with care and strict confidentiality.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

Processing appointment requests

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without your contact details we cannot process your request.

Responding to your enquiry

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is in our mutual interest to be able to answer your question.

We will never use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making without your explicit consent.

4. Retention periods

  • Contact form submissions: deleted within 90 days of receipt from our form processing system.
  • Medical treatment records: retained for at least 20 years from the date of the last treatment, as required by Dutch medical law (WGBO).

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use only the following data processor:

  • Netlify Inc. (San Francisco, US) — the technical service provider that processes our website contact form. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Netlify based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), legitimising the transfer to the US under Art. 46 GDPR.

Beyond the above processor, your data will not be disclosed to any other parties unless we are legally required to do so.

6. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or analytical cookies. Netlify may place a functional session cookie after submitting the contact form. This cookie is strictly necessary for the form to function and does not require consent.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Access — you may request to see what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — you may have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Erasure — you may request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), unless we are legally required to retain it.
  • Restriction — you may request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances.
  • Data portability — you may request your data in a commonly used format (where applicable).
  • Objection — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
